All of our gatehouse security guards operate within our client's code of practice when guarding the gatehouse, and we will tailor our service as we know that not all customers require the same type or level of security.

Our professional guards will carry out a variety of duties including identification and vehicle checks, as well as keeping admittance records and providing an appropriate greeting to your visitors. Every AEGIS SA Ltd concierge must pass the same screening and training requirements as all of our other security officers.

Greet tenants and guests.

Monitor the traffic and the arrival of guests and ensure the safety and security of the building.

Provide security outside of the building and notify the proper authorities when tenant safety is a concern.

Respond to emergencies such as fire department or EMS service calls, maintaining order and assisting tenants to follow proper procedures to ensure safety.

Process all UPS, Airborne or other packages and deliver them to tenants.

Help tenants and guests find restaurants, theaters or other locations.

Enforce the parking on site.
